1. Agreement to the Terms and Conditions
All affiliates of AJAXWorkspace must abide by all the terms set forth in this document and all other policies. Violation of any of these terms may result in the immediate termination of an account. Terminated accounts will NOT be paid for any pending affiliate referrals that have not been paid. Furthermore, at our discretion, we may issue stop payment on any outstanding checks to the affiliate if the account is terminated.
2. Important Definitions
  • A 'new customer' is a customer that has not done business with AJAXWorkspace in the past.
  • A 'referral' is an account that signed up with AJAXWorkspace, and have submitted a valid 'referrer ID' during the sign up process through automated means of stored cookies.
  • A valid 'referrer ID' is a code assigned to an 'active' affiliate, which can be used in hyperlinks on the referrer's site or can be entered by the new customer on the sign up form during the sign up process.
  • A "qualified commission" is one for which the new account which is the subject of the commission has remained in good standing continuously for at least 30 days from its inception.AJAXWorkspace shall make all decisions as to whether any commission is a "qualified commission." If at any time after a commission has been awarded and/or paid and the related customer's account is terminated or canceled, for any reason, this commission will be revoked and subtracted from any standing or future commissions account balance you may have.
3. AJAXWorkspace Responsiblities
  • Coded URL
    Upon your acceptance, AJAXWorkspace will provide you with a URL coded to specifically identify you, which will allow you to create a link to the AJAXWorkspace web site. You may post this link in any location, as many times as you like subject to the remaining terms of this agreement regarding acceptable links
  • Tracking
    AJAXWorkspace agrees to track the customers referred to AJAXWorkspace via the link provided to you for that purpose. AJAXWorkspace will pay you a commission for each such referral made in compliance with this agreement pursuant to the commission schedule and the terms set forth in this affiliate agreement.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • You agree to take full responsibility for ensuring the proper and continuing operation of your coded URL. You agree that you will notify AJAXWorkspace if your coded URL ceases to function or ceases to function properly.
  • You agree that you will not make any representations, promises, warranties or other statements on behalf of AJAXWorkspace products or services other than as may be expressly approved in writing by AJAXWorkspace or as other wise provided to you by AJAXWorkspace for that purpose.
  • You agree that AJAXWorkspace may amend this agreement at any time without prior notice to you. You agree to keep advised of any changes to this agreement by checking the AJAXWorkspace web site on a periodic basis.
  • It is the your reponsibility to promote AJAXWorkspace in an honest manner. Any affiliates who make false claims as to the type of service we offer, or make any warranties or misrepresentations to prospective customers will be terminated from the program.
5. Compensation for Referrals
AJAXWorkspace will pay affiliates for referrals of qualified new customers as follows:
  • The customer must be a 'new customer'.
  • The customer's account must remain in good standing.
  • The affiliate's account must remain in good standing.
  • The customer must sign up using the affiliate's referrer ID.
  • Any irregularities in account openings, account closings, or account usage may be cause for termination of an affiliate, and/or an extension in the holding period, and/or non-payment of referral fees.
AJAXWorkspace will NOT pay affiliates under the circumstances below:
  • The customer is NOT a 'new customer'.
  • The referrer's or new customer's account is not in good standing.
  • The new account is bogus and created for the purpose of collecting from the affiliate program.
  • The referrer site does not have normal traffic indicating a true web site
  • The account closes before it is approved for payment.
  • Payment has NOT been made by the new customer to AJAXWorkspace.
  • The referrer is referring accounts exhibiting abnormal or suspicious properties indicating misuse of the affiliate program.
  • The referrer's account or the new account violates any of AJAXWorkspace term and conditions of usages.
6. Payment
Our minimum balance required for payout is USD 100. You will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month once you balance greater than USD 100. At present, all payments will be made to your PayPal account. Hence, all affiliates are advised to sign up for a PayPal account in order for us to transfer the your commission .
*AJAXWorkspace shall introduce more payment methods in the future and we will inform all of our affiliates either via email or through a notice on our website.
7. Account Cancellation
The affiliate may request in writing to have the account sending an email to affiliate@ajaxworkspace.com. The affiliate account may be terminated by AJAXWorkspace at anytime without prior notice. Any payments due at the time of termination will be withheld, and will not be payable.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AJAXWorkspace, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use or conduct on the services provided by them.
